We are pleased to provide 3 modes of Application.

The academic Council headed by Correspondent will consider each Application on the basis of the data / information / details furnished in the application form and offer admission to the student …to the class for which the application is meant.
Enrolment will be finalized based on the following:
- Availability of Seats / Vacancies.
- Priority in the Order of Registration.
- Academic Performance in the Previous School.
You are also required to make the amount detailed below towards Application and Registration Fees.
- Payment of Rs.1500/– (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) for Classes Pre-KG to Class XII.
Parents / Guardians are requested to download the Prospectus from the link on the left. Please read thoroughly. If satisfied with the Curriculum, System, Norms, Rules and Regulations and if keen to enroll their ward(s) you can Select the relevant forms from here.

The Payment Gateway will be displayed during the Online Registration process. Please note down the Transaction Number for future reference.
Please keep ready the Scanned/Digital images of all photographs and documents that are required to be submitted alongwith the form. You will be required to Upload them alongwith the Form. A generic list is available in the General Instructions-Online page. Addtional documents, if any relevant, are mentioned in the Form clearly. Please note that the Aplication willnot be processed if the Student’s picture is not submitted alongwith the application.

You can Courier/Submit directly the duly filled-in and completed Application Form to the School address, along with the relevant Application and Registration Fees payable either by DD or Cash drawn in favour of “ St. John’s Rajakumar Education and Research Trust, Chennai ”.
Please enclose all photographs and documents that are required to be submitted along with the form. A generic list is available in the General Instructions-Offline page. Additional documents, if any relevant, are mentioned in the Form clearly.
Parents / Guardians seeking Admission for their son /daughter/ward are asked to obtain the Prospectus and Application for enrolment at the office against a payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) either by Demand Draft or Cash. (Credit/Debit Cards accepted).
Parents / Guardian are requested to go through the Prospectus in detail to know the school. If satisfied with the Curriculum, System, Norms, Rules and Regulations and if keen to enroll their ward(s) are asked to submit the duly filled-in and completed Application Form to the office alongwith the relevant Registration Fees payable either by Demand Draft or Cash.
Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of “ St. John’s Rajakumar Education and Research Trust, Chennai ”.

Procuring a set of Application & Prospectus or Registering the duly filled-in Application cannot be claimed as a right for admission into the class as the Enrolment will be finalized based on the following:
• Age Criteria & Availability of seats
• Accommodation Capacity of the school
• Proper Documentation of required enclosures
• Entrance Examination; Class IV to X entry – Testing the ability of student pertaining to the current class in English, Maths & General Science
• Academic Performance in the previous class
Please note that the number of Applications issued will be always more than the number of seats available / number of Vacancies expected as the number of applicants who will register the applications for admission and also the Number of Selected Candidates who will dis-honour our Provisional Admission are unpredictable.
The provisionally selected candidates will be informed by Post / Courier / Mail and also by e-mail. It is the responsibility of the parent to give the correct postal address and e-mail ID for proper communication. If not in receipt of admission intimation, parents can also check with the admission office, the status of their application over phone / in-person.

Admission Form
- All required/relevant columns should be filled in; and all the details called for should be provided by the signing authorities – Parents / Guardian.
- Please keep ready the Scanned/Digital images of all photographs and documents that are required to be submitted along with the form. You will be required to Upload them along with the Form. A generic list is available in the General Instructions-Online page. Addtional documents, if any relevant, are mentioned in the Form clearly.
- Digital/Scanned Passport size Photographs should be uploaded
- of the ward/student
- of the Parents
- of the Legal Guardian (If applicable)
- Digital/Scanned copies of the following Documents duly attested by a Notary Public / Gazatted Officer should be uploaded alongwith the application.
- Birth Certificate – Corporation / Municipality / Hospital.
- Community Certificate (if desired by Parents).
- Applicant’s Statement of Marks pertaining to Halfyearly Examination / Second Terminal Examination / SA I (Summative Assessment 1) duly signed by Class Teacher / Headmistress / Headmaster / Principal of the class / school, where he/she is presently studying.
- Any other as specified in the relevant Form.
- Addresses, both Communicative Address / Temporary Address and Permanent Address (if found different) should be clearly filled-in.
- Application and Registration Fees – Online Payment. – You are also required to make an Online Payment towards Application and Registration Fees.
- Foreigners, Non-Resident Indians (NRI’s) and Indian Students holding Passport should submit a Photostat Copy of the Passport too.
- Students entering Class One and above should submit Bonafide Certificate from the School where they are presently studying.
- The details given in the filled-in application form should be absolutely correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy and false information will render the application liable to be rejected.
- All the columns should be filled in; and all the details called for should be provided by the signing authorities – Parents / Guardians.
- Recent Passport size Photographs should be affixed on the application form in the space provided

- Photostat copies of the following documents duly attested by a Notary Public / Gazatted Officer should be submitted alongwith the application.
- Birth Certificate – Corporation / Municipality / Hospital.
- Community Certificate (if desired by Parents).
- Applicant’s Statement of Marks pertaining to Halfyearly Examination / Second Terminal Examination / SA I (Summative Assessment 1) duly signed by Class Teacher / Headmistress / Headmaster / Principal of the class / school, where he/she is presently studying.
- Any other as specified in the relevant Form.
- The Application should be signed both by the Father and the Mother. If anyone of them is not available / not eligible to sign, then necessary legal documents to be provided. (Death Certificate, if not alive. Divorce Certificate, if separated). Legal Guardianship Certificate, as applicable.
- Addresses, both Communicative Address / Temporary Address and Permanent Address (if found different) should be clearly filled-in.
- Application and Registration Fees as applicable to be paid by Cash or by Demand Draft.
